| Details: | Scott called me to inform me of an E coli positive sample for his system. I instructed him to take 3 repeat samples, one of those being from the same spot of the positive result, and a triggered source sample. He stated that he didn't have enough sample bottles so he will go get more, get the sampling done and rush back to the lab to get the samples in today. State sent E coli letter to system. | ||
