Details: SUMMARY: Significant deficiency follow up (SD) DETAILS: Seal the well head-- submitted a picture of this fix. Seal conduit into the cistern-- submitted a picture of this fix. Develop a coliform sampling plan-- operator submitted a --plan and I wrote back with some needed modifications to make it better follow the rules fro retesting. Develop an O&M manual The system has sent in details of what is now included in their O&M manual. ACTION NEEDED: Continue taking routne coliform and nitrate samples.
