Details: SUMMARY: Follow up for significant deficiencies (SD) DETAILS: May 2012 survey showed not enough redionuclide sampling and no coliform sampling plan. System found historical results for Rads within the 2000-2003 window and took additional rads in 2008 and again in December of 2012. All results non detect so new schedule should be every 9 years. System submitted coliform sampling plan showing 7 rotating sites and repeats locations. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to take and report water quality results on time and update coliform sampling plan as needed.
