| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead and Copper exceedence Alert DETAILS: Left a message for Chris Tate on 8/5/13,who was listed as the contact. Christ got back to me to let me know he is no longer the principle at the school. I called the school on 8/6/13 and left a message for the principle Sheldon Eakins. We played phone tag until Tuesday 8/13/13. I asked Sheldon about sampling procedrues he used and determined they were representative of normal use. I explained to Sheldon he will need to do WQP testing and issue a public notice. ACTION NEEDED: Issue a letter to the school regarding WQP testing and public notice. WQP testing for EP and in distributuion at a sample site, one round now one round in two weeks. | ||
