No DRC, broken raw sample tap at well #1, no annual summary reports and no recent CCR. CCR submitted 7/18/12 and raw sample tap reinstalled at well #1. ASR and DRC forms received in the mail 6/29/13. All completed. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to submit annual CCR and ASR. Update/renew DRC as needed. | ||
