Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform 6/3/13 DETAILS: I called and left a message with the operator to let he know about the coliform positive sample. I asked for her to take a source sample at the well head and three repeat samples in the distribution system. I also asked her to take 5 temporary routine samples in July ACTION NEEDED: Monitor and follow up as necessary
