| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: Sent letter. I found template you need to post. Please fill out the attached public notice and post to all tenants, send back a copy to my office so I can notify the state office and bring the system back into compliance. Make sure system is staying within the chlorine residual of 0.3 mg/l or above to maintain the 4 log inactivation viruses. I would check with Chuck Michael to see if state received a copy of the disinfections log for August. You can always scan/email it to the database team. Will still receive a violation for being late but at leas you can get it in. Make sure to mark your calendar for reminder for next month. ACTION NEEDED: Post public notice and submit a copy to lane County to report to Portland office. | ||
