| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform non reporting DETAILS: I attempted to contact the operator at the two phone numbers on file. I was about to talk with a relative who stated the business is currently closed. I left a message with him along with my phone number to have the operator, Jake, call me. 2/8/13 I went to the facility after not receiving a call back. I spoke with Kathy Ross who stated the facility is being sold to another party on Monday 2/11/13. She will let them know they need to contact this office. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
