| Details: | SUMMARY: Response to drinking water survey deficiencies DETAILS: Dolores responded within the 30 day time period specified in the survey letter. They will proceed with getting lids for the holding tanks properly constructed and installed. A sample tap at the spring will be impossible because of lack of power and freezing up the tap at that location. Residual chlorine will be tested at the nearest customer residence. The sources assessement samples will be submitted soon. They will commence to test and record the chlorine residual as in 2 samples weekly. I will meet with them as requested to assist in assembling an Operations Plan and an Emergency Response Plan. ACTION NEEDED: Meet with them as requested | ||
