| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert on pos. coliform Sample date 07/31/13 DETAILS: Bradley said sample was taken from a hose on a chlorinated supply. The chlorine is added to the supply in a building that has been constructed over the well. I requested 4 repeat samples and a source (triggered sample). We discussed entering the chlorine level on the sample slips. ACTION NEEDED: get appropriate update on the supply listing the chlorination. | ||
