| Details: | SUMMARY: Temporary routine sample error DETAILS: I spoke with Ken 5/23/13 and he stated the chlorine residual was written down wrong on the bottles by his wife. The chlorine residual was actually 0.44 mg/l not 4.4 mg/l. I had Mr. Dorsey put the incident in writing and email it to me and I sent it to the state. Mr. Dorsey also explained he mistakenly took one of his temporary routine at the well instead of at the distribution. I explained the sampling routine to him and told him for future reference all 5 temporary routines needed to be from distribution., He will now take his follow up monthly routine in May and continue to quarterly after this may routine sample. ACTION NEEDED: May monthly routine coliform sample then continue on quarterly sampling schedule. | ||
