Details: SUMMARY: TC-positive DETAILS: In a different, unrelated section of the distribution from where two TC+s were found in July, Sunrise WA found a TC+. It is also likely that there will be a TC+ repeat result at the same sample site. Since the other two nearby repeat samples were negative, there may be reason to believe that the original sample station is compromised in some unknown way.

Triggered samples at two wells are being analyzed now, and a second round of triggered samples from two different sources that were running during the first round repeat sampling will be collected once this first round repeat TC+ becomes official.
That said there is 0% chance that any well water is in this section of the distribution system. The water in this lower section of the distribution system is from purchased surface water from CRW. ACTION NEEDED: Awaiting official results from first round of repeat sampling.
Do second round of repeat and triggered sampling, if necessary.
Await results from the (likely) second round of repeat samples, and then evaluate whether to invalidate sample site.

WS is considering developing a triggered source monitoring plan.
