Details: SUMMARY: Deficiency follow up DETAILS: Survey done on 3/7/13.Significant deficiency for backflow device not being tested annually. Michael contacted American Landscape to come out and test the device and they determined it was not a testable device.All deficiencies have been corrected. ACTION NEEDED: none
