| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive routine coliform 4/17/13 DETAILS: Stopped in to talk to Teri two times. I was able to reach her and told her to take a triggered source sample at the well head and three repeat samples in the distribution system. I let her know to take 5 temporary routine samples in the distribution system. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor and follow up as needed. | ||
