| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ alert follow up DETAILS: One of 4 repeat samples positive following 8/22 positive routine. However, positive repeat was from same location (dcva) as original. Spoke with lab and Hans and they will draw another sample from adjacent sampling location to replace and invalidate the original routine. Okay to invalidate IF replacement sample is absent ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of replacement sample to see if invalidation is possible. If absent, I will submit a request to invalidate. | ||
