| Details: | SUMMARY: PENTACHLOROPHENOL confirmation sample DETAILS: Received results of PENTACHLOROPHENOL confirmation sample at 0.00043 which is under the MCL. I called and spoke with Dan Higgings and informed him the WS now needs to monitor quarterly for PENTACHLOROPHENOL. The next test is due in the 4th quarter of 2013. The results will be reviewed after 2 quarters to determine what action is required. ACTION NEEDED: Sample quaterly for PENTACHLOROPHENOL. | ||
