| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey Followup and Violation Followup DETAILS: Larry Hampton called today regarding the violation post card he received. The only violations were for a late or missing GW compliance report (GWCR) for the month of June in 2012 and there was an old violation for missing source water sample in 2010. The MHP owners send in the GWCR on the first of each month via mail. I told them to e-mail them in from now on as that was the best way to send it in and gave them the e-mail address for DMCE. Larry also informed me he did the coliform sampling plan and the O & M manual for the water system. ACTION NEEDED: Return all violations to compliance and note that all deficinceis in the survey have been corrected. | ||
