| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to TC positive Alert ID COLI11995 DETAILS: 5 repeat samples were taken and on 8/26 received notice all 5 repeat samples came back negative for coliform. At this time no additonal action is needed by the system, only to take 5 more routine samples sometime this month. I left another voice mail message for USFS with this information.
