Details: SUMMARY: Deficiency follow-up from WSS on July 31, 2013 DETAILS: Significant deficiencies to be resolved by 12/6/13 are:1.O&M Manual created. 2.Raw water source tap added .3.Written coliform sampling plan created.5.ERP created.Site visit on 9/5/13. Reviewed all documents and took picture of new sample tap.All deficiencies resolved. ACTION NEEDED: None.
