| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I emailed Kate to let her know about the total coliform positive sample. I reminded her to have a source sample taken at the well head & 4 repeat samples in the distribution system. I also suggested that she check the chlorinator to be sure its operating properly. I reminded her to schedule 5 temp routine samples in Sept. Kate emailed back to let me know that the chlorinator had failed & has been repaired. The follow up samples have been scheduled. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond if necessary. | ||
