Details: SUMMARY: routine total coliform positive for sample date 7/23/13 DETAILS: Julie contacted the operator about the positive total coliform sample. She let the operator know to take a triggered source sample at the well head & 3 repeat samples in the distribution. On Monday, Joel spoke to the operator about possible causes of the coliform detection. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor repeats & follow up as needed.
