| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 8/26/13 DETAILS: I contacted the operator on this date to let him know about the total coliform positive sample on 8/26/13. Todd said that the chlorine pump failed and has now been replaced. I let him know to pull a triggered source sample at the well head & 4 repeat samples in the distribtion system. He said that the lab would be out to pull follow up samples. I also let him know to take 5 temporary routine samples for next month. ACTION NEEDED: monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary | ||
