| Details: | SUMMARY: Surface Water Treatment Rule Regulatory Consult DETAILS: Met with Natural Areas and Parks Director Jeff Powers to inspect treatment system and discuss surface water treatment rule compliance. Discussed spring construction and possibilities for modification to render spring a groundwater source. The county plans to proceed with further investigation of spring reconstruction possibility. ACTION NEEDED: Surface water treatment operations need to be brought into compliance until the potential groundwater source is developed. | ||
