Details: SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for TC positive result from routine sample collected 9/3/13. Spoke with Paul. Laura with KUO Lab in Umatilla collects samples for the facility. Paul will contact Laura to make sure repeat/source samples are collected per the written coliform sampling plan. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect three repeat and one triggered source sample.
