Details: SUMMARY: Response to OERS Spill # 2013-1831 DETAILS: Lynda Neal, Public Health Duty officer notified me at 3 pm on 9/6 of a spill of debris from the Stevens Creek Culvert near Highway 43 and the Sellwood Bridge in SW Portland - shoreline of the lower Willamette River. Lynda indicated DEQ and Or Dept of Fish & Wildlife notified for fish concerns. I indicated to Lynda that there were no public water systems with intakes on the lower Willamette River and therefore no systems to be notified. ACTION NEEDED: No action at this time.
