| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 7/2/13 DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let her know that the routine coliform sample was positive for total coliform. She said that the lab had just let her know and the she was waiting to hear from me. I let her know to take a source sample at the well head & 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. She said that one of the connections had a leak & repairs had been done to the line. I let her know that this could be the source of the coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor repeat results & follow up as necessary. | ||
