Details: SUMMARY: routine total coliform positive for sample date 6-27-13 DETAILS: The operator contacted me to let me know about to total coliform postive sample for the camp. I reminded him to take a triggered source sample at the well & 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. I let him know to be sure to take 5 temp routine samples in July. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary
