| Details: | Scott called to report that the five follow-up samples came back negative for E coli, but positive for total coliform. The system was then shocked and resampled. The resampling turned up more E. coli positives. This facility has complied with a boil water notice, which will remain into effect until 4-log disinfection can be added. Operator is working with Hillsboro Pump to get disinfection added Asap and he will contact circuit rider for assistance with calculations to meet 4-log requirements. We discussed coming up with a way to provide residents water because a long-term boil water notice is not feasible. Operator will keep me up to date with every step of the process. | ||
