| Details: | SUMMARY: The significant deficiencies from the 9-19-12 water system survey have been corrected. DETAILS: 8-27-13 --- The significant deficiencies from the 9-19-12 water system survey have been corrected. The shed in which fuel was stored has been relocated to >100 from the well. The springbox hatch is watertight-- the overflow has been removed. The door to the spring pump house is now locked and the gate has been repaired to keep cattle out. The storage tank overflow is screened. An arsenic sample from SRC-AA has been submitted. The Emergency Response Plan is complete. The Operations and Maintenance Manual is complete ( I recommended shut-off instructions be added). ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
