| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive TC on September repeat samples DETAILS: Alonso called to report all 5 repeats/triggered samples have TC detections. Alonso is preparing a public notice and I reminded him to send a copy to OHA DWP or to me. He also mentioned both triggered source samples were taken after treatment. I asked him to redo the source samples and take them at the well head prior to treatment. Alonso is going to also disinfect and flush the system. He will take 5 temporary routines in October. ACTION NEEDED: follow up on redo of triggered samples and October results of routines | ||
