| Details: | I spoke with the DRC of Top Wire water system immediately after the three January temporary routines came back positive and were reported to Oregon health Authority: Drinking Water Services. It was requested that the system wait to take repeat samples in order to verify the number of total samples required. Compliance has determined that a triggered source sample should be taken immediately and 3 temporary routines should be taken in the month of February. Since the system had more than 2 positive total coliform samples in one month, and tests quarterly, that a level 1 investigation should be performed. The investigation form was provided to the system and they promised to complete the investigation and communicate the completed form back. |
