Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I attempted to contact Stephanie by phone. I left a message reminding her to do 4 repeat samples and 5 temporary routines the following month. ACTION NEEDED: 9/12/13 I received a message from Stephanie confirming she got my message and well do the repeats today. She also removed the handle from the well so it can not be used.
