| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform monitoring DETAILS: Joe called stated the coffee shop was no longer in use and does not have a food license. Joe stated he does grow wheat grass and is requesting to stay on the SWP system. I talked with Joe and stated that quarterly coliform sample, an annual nitrate sample and an annual source sample is required at this time. ACTION NEEDED: Request to maintain system for possible futue business and the wheat grass growing. | ||
