| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey FU DETAILS: Survey done on February 26, 2013. Current status of deficiencies:• Backflow testing is not current. The installed backflow device turned out to be a device that is not testable. This deficiency has been corrected.• Reservoir roof is not watertight. You replaced the screen on both sides of the roof. This deficiency has been corrected.• Annual Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) for 2012 not submitted. This deficiency has not been corrected. System placed on a corrective action plan.
