| Details: | SUMMARY: Plan Review Inspection DETAILS: I went to the site and met with the custodian. He was able to get access to the well. I noted the following: Casing height is at least 12" above concrete slab (15"). Sanitary seal is water tight. There is a screed casing vent with return bend. Raw sample tap at well head.
