| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate alert DETAILS: Spoke to Mr. Hilkey concerning the failure and reviewed file for the firm Since this system has consistently tested at approximately 6ppm for nitrates since the earliest record of 1986, Mr. Hilkey requested the sampling frequency be changed to once per year. I spoke to Scott Curry the regional drinking water engineer, and Scott changed the frequency to once per year per the request. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
