| Details: | SUMMARY: TC positive alert follow up DETAILS: 9/10 routine tc+ and 3 of 4 r epeats on 9/11 tc+. Called tammy and discussed. They think it may have something to do with a crack in the reservoir which has moss growing on it. System shocked reservoir and took 3 verification samples 9/17. Tammy sent out letter/PN to 14 homes. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for verification results to be absent to drop public notice. Review items from 2008 survey and make sure corrected inclduing coliform sampling plan. Work on finding and fixing cause of contamination. Take 5 temp routines during October. | ||
