| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert Follow-up, routine and repeats were TC positive DETAILS: The system is on a well, there is no good access to test the source water. Water goes into a 3500 gal tank with a site glass. Tank is in a wood building that gets extemly hot in the Summer months. Operator thought that it could be the site glass. They cleaned the site glass and batched with 52ML of chlorine in a 3500 gal tank, I dont believe that was enough chlorine or contact to batch the ta ACTION NEEDED: I will talk to operator regarding chlorine concentrations needed to clean up tank and distribution lines. 5 routines next month. | ||
