| Details: | The excursion identified on December 9th distribution water quality parameter reporting form, was actually a grab sample collected at the plant entry point, and not in distribution. The grab sample was a pH of 7.43, which is below minimum pH of 7.5 at entry point and distribution. I indicated to Tracy that compliance with the minimum pH at entry point is based on the daily average of continuous pH data at EP, rather than a one-time grab sample. Since Dec 9th entry point pH average was determined to be 7.6, CRW did not incur an excursion below minimum values on Dec 9th at EP. System is resubmitting distribution forms for both Dec 3 and 9th rounds, with only distribution grab values recorded. Propose removing excursion. No issues maintaining soda ash feed at the plant and pH values for December in range at all distribution locations and at entry point. | ||
