| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Alert DETAILS: System received a TC alert on 8/26. I notified the system and left a message for Shanisha to take additional repeat samples. The system had already been shocked one time in repsonse to a previous TC alert issued earlier in the month. A PN had already been distributed as well. NOTE: 4 repeat samples were taken between 8/23-8/26 and all came back negative for TC. Continue to monitor and take 5 more routine samples in September 2013. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routine samples in September 2013. | ||
