| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform RP Postive Alert DETAILS: Talked to Paul regarding coliform postive in distribution at the site. He said they removed the chlorine system from the site by direction of the district engineer Darrin Lemon who is trying to reduce costs, the chlorine treatment was removed in May 2013. They will shock chlorinate the water tank and flush out the distribution system. They have posted a tier two public notice. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 temporary routines in the month of October 2013. | ||
