| Details: | SUMMARY: E. coli Alert for Soruce Water Sample DETAILS: Spoke to Matt Allen the facilities person for South Lane School District who is in charge of this facility known as the Delight Valley Facility where Head Start of Lane County has there classes as does U of O early childhood education has a class. A source assessment sample was collect and tested positive for coliform and e.coli. Five confirmation samples were collected from the source on 9/17/13. ACTION NEEDED: Waiting for the results of the confirmation samples. The operations director of Lane County Head Start has been coordinating efforts to reduce risk to children during this interim time. | ||
