| Details: | SUMMARY: FU to repeat positive 9-12-13 DETAILS: Talked with Jason about another positive on the repeats. He thinks he has eliminated the problem but maybe not completely clear in the system. He was educated about the sampling he is required to do in October and the triggered source samples he should have taken after the last positive. He was also educated about what happens if the samples are positive or negative. He was also informed that the public notice is due this week. The secretary said they are being printed now.
