Details: SUMMARY: Arsenic MCL Alert DETAILS: Spoke with Mike about the arsenic detections. The system is in violation for exceeding the RAA for AS and will need to issue a PN quarterly until back in compliance. Mike believes the filter media for arsenic treatment need to be replaced. He is going to test between the iron removal filtration and the polishing filter to determine which media needs replacement. Mike is going to contact me once he get more information. I am enailing a copy of the PN template to Marty Fleck - system owner. ACTION NEEDED: PN, get Tx working by replacing filter media, quarterly AS monitoring
