| Details: | SUMMARY: One of five temp routines TC alert DETAILS: Spoke with Mike about the detection. He is not sure of the cause. He mentioned that well B is still not active (SRC-BA). Mike is going to take a triggered sample from well A and well C and follow up with 5 temp routines in October. Mike said the owner has already disinfected and flushed the system. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on triggered/temp routine sample results. | ||
