| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL violation for August 2013 DETAILS: All 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample came back positive for total coliform bacteria. System will batch chlorinate the (3) 1500 storage tanks and flush. Public notice template was emailed to Tony. ACTION NEEDED: Chlorinate and flush the system. Post public notice and send copy of notice to the drinking water program. Take 5 routine samples in September. | ||
