| Details: | SUMMARY: London Elementry Confirmed Coliform in Dist DETAILS: Spoke it Matt Allen with South Lane School District. After receiving the confirmed coliform result for the distribution and the well on 9/18/13 from the lab (they have UV light treatment) they shock chlorinated the well and the distribution for 24 hours 9/19/13. To achieve this they limited water usage at the school to toilet flushing and minimal kitchen duty. They provided temporary hand wash stations for students and staff to use. And they provided bottled water for use instead of the drinking water fountains. Matt is going to flush system today and re-sample for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routine samples from distribution to be collected by the end of October 2013. | ||
