| Details: | SUMMARY: positive E. coli TC on Sept 2013 repeat sample DETAILS: One of the repeat samples taken 9/18/13 was positive tfor E. coli and TC. Unable to contact Dan (left him a voice message at 503-854-3196). I spoke with Bob Rea at 503-854-3406 and informed him of the detection and boil water PN requirement. Bob they are close to closing the system for the season anyway so he will turn the water off to the campsites and contact the park host to boil their water. Dan will be in tomorrow (Saturday). ACTION NEEDED: Determine if sample was repeat or triggered (sample point labeled: 25862 park well tap). If triggered, 5 source samples due on Monday 9/23. Public notice needs to be provided. Boil water required until good repeat distributions samples are reported to health dept. 5 temp routine samples are required in October. | ||
