| Details: | SUMMARY: Resolution of violation DETAILS: The system is currently on quarterly DBP sampling. The system samples at an unapproved location on 3/5/13. Operator and I spoke 4/11/13 about the sample. The tech for the lb drew the sample at entry point A instead of at the approved utility shed sample tap. Adam verified this and let me know they would reschedule the sample. The system sampled for DBP 4/22/13 and reported on 5/17/13. Now up to date for DBP sampling. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
