Details:	SUMMARY: New well DETAILS: Mr.. Bigsby contacted me regarding a new well he constructed. I informed him he needed to go through plan review and faxed him the state DWP document plan review requirements for new wells ant existing public water systems. He said the old well was having sediment problems and the well driller (Jannsen) recommended drilling a new well which they already completed ACTION NEEDED: none
